Room in 2 beds with balcony in converted warehouse

A bright room with an amazing view is available from 1 September in a two-bedroom apartment in Dalston. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony.

The building's managing agency can provide a bed and mattress if needed. I also have an additional desk and some chairs that I'm happy to share.

There is one bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen.

I am a 33-year-old documentary filmmaker who mostly works from home and lives with a cute spaniel. The living room is big enough for several people to work from.

Bills are around £200 per person (council tax, water, energy, and WiFi).
