Double room in converted building in Dalston

Hi all

Our flatmate is moving in with her partner so we have a double room available in our flat.

The building is an old factory/warehouse building that has been converted and has a subtle industrial vibe to it with exposed brick in most rooms but the flat still has a modern feel. The room itself is a good size double with two large windows so it's the bedroom with probably the best light in the flat. Basic furniture like bed, bedside table, and wardrobe are included. We have a lovely good size living/dining room that also gets great light and a separate kitchen with dishwasher.

It's in Dalston (one of the best areas of London in our humble opinion) and we are a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction overground station and it's not much further to Dalston Kingsland. There are also multiple bus routes that stop nearby. The area has so much going for it with plenty of good bars, food places, bakeries, and places to dance.

The existing flatmates you'll be sharing with are two women both aged 30 - one Italian (Eleonora) and one English (Caroline) - and we're ideally looking for another woman aged between 27-33. Hopefully someone on the more social side who would enjoy having a wine in the living room or going out for one or two in Dalston. That being said we're not really a party house. Flatmate guests are very welcome but just no large/loud parties.

The landlord will require an income check before you start your tenancy. Rent Price does not include bills. Bills are usually around £130 a month each.

* The rent is currently £1120 but the landlord does usually raise the rent every year in November by around 4-5% so it will likely increase 2 months into your time here but not by much. *
