Double room sublet in central Dalston

I am subletting my room for the final two months of our tenancy as I have found a new property to live in. Perfect for someone looking for a short-term stay, transitioning between flats, or spending a couple of months in East.

The room comes furnished with an ottoman double bed (storage underneat), wardrobe and draws. The bathroom is shared, along with the kitchen living room area. The current flatmate, Carmen, WFH every day you need to be someone who either is out the house Monday-Friday or happy to work in the bedroom.

The desk in the room is my own, however if it is needed to work on I am happy to keep it in the room until end of tenancy. There is fast wifi throughout the flat. The TV in the living room and coffee machine in the kitchen are also my own, they will not be there when you move in.

Carmen is a very social flatmate, who enjoys a drink but also likes her quiet time to study and prepare for her PHD applications. If you like to go out then Dalston is a great place to be.

Transport links are impeccable, with both Dalston Junction and Kingsland a 2 minute walk from the flat as well as all other shops. You can also get a bus to almost anywhere in the city, very helpful with Dalston being in between Hackney Central, Highbury, Stoke Newington and Shoreditch. There are buses that go to Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Waterloo and Charring Cross.

Rent is at a discount and all bills (including council tax) included, but can be negotiated further. The move out date is October 20th.
