- Rent review: Annual rent reviews will be conducted, with the rent potentially increasing by the higher of: 1% above the Retail Price Index over the preceding year; or 3%.

Priya: A cyber-security professional with a flexible hybrid schedule between home and office.

We are looking for friendly housemates who have their own busy routines but are also open to occasionally sharing a drink or dinner to create a warm, homely atmosphere.
 Ideally looking for someone who is likeminded, a working professional, appreciates the same sense of home and will treat this space with care and respect. We value a clean, clutter-free, and calming space to come home to—this isn’t a party household, though we do enjoy hosting the occasional dinner party with friends.
