Room available in Dalston!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in the heart of Dalston! One of us is moving out, so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy and who loves a chat.

The flat is in an amazing location, less than a 5-minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, making it super easy to get anywhere in London. London Fields is only a 15-minute walk away for weekend strolls, picnics or a run, and Allpress Café is literally opposite the flat, so your morning coffee is sorted.

Despite being so central, the flat is tucked away on a quiet street, so it’s surprisingly peaceful. You can happily sleep with the windows open without the usual Dalston noise.

You’ll be living with two lovely couples (3 out of the 4 are Aussies), all working full-time. We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional pub trip, dinner, or a glass of wine together, but everyone also has their own lives and respects each other’s space. It’s a relaxed, friendly household rather than a party house, and we keep the place clean and tidy.

The room is bright and comfortable, with plenty of space to make it your own. The flat has everything you need, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in with the easy-going vibe of the house.
