Double ensuite in the heart of Dalston

We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our lovely 4-bedroom home in Dalston, as our housemate Sandra is moving out after 8 years (!) at the end of September.

The house:

The house has 4 double bedrooms (plus a single spare room), each with its own en-suite, as well as a large shared kitchen/living space and garden. It’s fully furnished, and the available room is a bright double with its own en-suite.

You’d be living with:

Louise (29) - works for a youth charity, plays in a weekly netball league and enjoys live music, a beer garden or a wander around London Fields. Partial to a pub quiz and a sunny pint/coffee.

Julie (31) – works in music, so is regularly at gigs or being sent on fun overseas work trips. When she’s actually in London, you’ll probably find her at a Pilates class, swimming at a local lido or moving around East ldn on a lime bike.

Musti (28) - works in social media and somehow finds the energy for both day festivals and late-night gym sessions. Throughout July, you can reliably find him on the sofa keeping up with Love Island.

Most of us have lived here for years, so it’s definitely become a proper home rather than just a houseshare. We’re a pretty sociable bunch and love a kitchen catch-up, bingeing the latest series together or grabbing a coffee somewhere local. Equally, we all have our own lives going on and are respectful of each other’s space.

We’re also all pretty house-proud and like keeping the place clean and tidy (the bi-weekly cleaner definitely helps!), so we’d love to find someone who’ll look after it and treat it like their home too. Basically, we’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and up for being part of the house, rather than someone who just wants a room!

Location:

We’re on a quiet residential street in the heart of E8, between Dalston Junction and London Fields, with loads of great cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants nearby. London Fields and Broadway Market are also within easy walking distance.

Rent & bills:

Rent is £1,082pcm, with bills coming to roughly £150pcm, including a bi-weekly cleaner.

Move-in date: 1st October 2026
