I am on the hunt for two people to move into my lovely 3-bed flat with me for 4 months until my friends will be moving in. I'm sorry to not be offering these rooms for a longer time, as it's such a nice flat, but if this could work with your timeline please do get in touch!

💰 Rent including all bills: £1,099 per month for the smaller room, £1,339 per month for the massive room!

The flat🏡

A really spacious and relaxed flat to live and have as a nest in a vibrant and exciting area. It will genuinely feel like a home, and the shared space is there to be enjoyed as much as you want. Equally, there is enough space that if you prefer to keep to yourself that is not an issue.

A bit about me - I'm 27, working in renewable energy mon-fri 9-5 (sadly can't get energy discounts but I'm working on it). I love cooking, reading, music, cycling, and gardening. I lik a chill and clean vibe in my flat but love to host the occasional dinner party/film night etc and am super happy for flatmates to do the same.

📍The flat is just off Stoke Newington Road, an amazing spot!

You’ve got the Mildmay Line and Windrush Line within easy reach, loads of buses going basically everywhere, plus Lime and Forest bikes all over the place.

Dalston has pretty much everything on the doorstep — pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets. The flat is just next door to the most amazing, iconic 24 hour grocery store (Elif Food Center) which has literally everything you could ever want and need.

💸Rent and bills are paid to me (the lead tenant)

The £1,100 deposit would be paid to the me for the letting agent and a guarantor and salary check is required by the letting agency as standard. The move out date is slightly flexible but ideally the start of January (weekend 9th Jan)

I’m ideally looking for someone who’ll appreciate the flat for what it is: relaxed, friendly, welcoming and drama-free. Male or female, LGBT+ friendly obviously, and someone who’s happy living somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

I’m only looking for housemates because the previous two have taken jobs abroad and my friends can't move in until next year. More than happy to have a call and share references from housemates!
