Cute room in 2 bed, 2 bath flat w/terrace

Hey, so my friend is moving out to move in with her bf so looking to have a replacement in by start of October ideally.

It’s a really lovely flat, couple mins walk to Dalston Junction station and Dalston Kingsland, therefore super well connected! Short walk to London fields and the canals. We have a big Sainsbury’s couple mins walk away, Aldi, M&S too. The building has fob access, a locked bike room, and lift.

I have an en-suite so the main bathroom would be yours. & we have a big terrace perfect for summer evenings! The room comes with bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and mirror

I’m in office 3/4 days, live a pretty active lifestyle (pilates, running, swimming etc) so out and about, but equally around for dinners in, watching a movie, or a drink here and there if you fancy! I like to keep it clean and tidy :)

Ideally looking for someone with a similar work set up and lifestyle.
