Room available in Dalston!

Hey there!

I'm moving out of my flat in Dalston and need somebody to replace me in my room - it's a permanent tenancy and rent is £1,000 a month. It's a really great flat with a load of cool features, a balcony, and one very lovely flatmate.

My tenancy ends on the 14th of October, but the landlord is open to negotiating on an earlier date (subject to referencing checks being done by the landlord/estate agent).

The area is really cool with so much to do, and has some really nice parks nearby. It's a 5 minute walk to both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations, and buses that can get you into central London in 20-30 minutes.

There's also a Sainsburys, M&S, Tesco Express, and an Aldi all within a 5 minutes walk, so you're really spoiled for choice.

The room itself is really great, lots of storage and plenty of room for a double bed and a desk.
