We have a room available in our lovely Dalston flat located less than 10 minutes walk from Dalston Junction Station - nearby Dalston Allpress Coffee Roasters.

I am moving out to live with my partner and looking for someone to take over my room and share this amazing flat with my lovely friend (f, 34, French).

The flat is split level across two top floors of the building, has plenty of storage space, beautifully furnished living room / kitchen area, 1 bathroom, and 2 very spacious bedrooms located on the top floor. The bedroom comes with a big built-in wardrobe. The flat also benefits from a gated car park area.

We are looking for a professional in their late 20s or 30s, who enjoys in equal measure going out but also spending time at home having an occasional glass on wine!

The rent is 1300 per month, bill are excluded (water, gas & electricity, council tax and broadband to be paid separately).
