The flat is located on a beautifully quiet, leafy green street, with almost no traffic (restful night's sleep assured!), while being in a hyper central Dalston location. The flat has amazing natural light and beautiful sunrises over the inner gardens.

The flat comes furnished with the bare necessities; the fittings are minimalistic, but will allow you to move in and be comfortable right away.

>> Storage room (this is rare in a studio, you have a very spacious storage room, that will take all your clothes, suitcases, etc. There are some extra blankets as well). There is also an iron/steamer.

Great public transport connections, you are 7 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations. There are nearby parking spots for city electric bikes and you are only a short distance from the biking super highway that takes you all the way into Shoreditch and the City of London.
