We’re a friendly and social house looking for a new housemate ! You would be joining me (29), Armaity (26) and Rob (27). Our lovely housemate Amber is leaving us so we would like a female to keep the house balanced :) We all lead busy lives but still manage to see each other a lot and hang out !
Absolutely ideal location as less than 5 min walk from Dalston Junction and 15 min walk to London Fields.
FYI - landlord is currently trying to raise the rent by 8% but we are fighting them down but WIP, so bear in mind.
