About me and my vibes
I like to chat when time allows, and engage in niceties in the flat. Happy to have a thorough debrief at the end of the week, but I prefer alone time during weekdays. I am a PhD student and community organiser. I enjoy the pub, gigs, protests, art, and dinner parties. I travel a lot for work, so you will have the flat to yourselves a lot of the time.
Important!
This is my home which I want to see become OUR home. I love to see you turning this flat into your home too, as opposed to a stepping stone in life. Peace is top priority. I understand that our lifestyles may not be exactly the same, but these are preferences. As long as we can be accepting and abide by a common understanding of ‘there is always give and take in a flatshare’, we will get along great.
I tend to spend most of my time outside the flat. When I am back, I want to be resting and enjoying mellow vibes, if that makes sense. Home for me is a calm, friendly refuge.
An absolute dealbreaker involves flatmates who constantly have people over. NOT a predrinks-at-mine flat. It is Dalston – plenty of pubs nearby, mate. I love raves and late nights, but I never bring it back to the flat. I would love to meet your friends and become friends with them too, and I hope that you will do the same.
Ultimately, I am looking for people who understand that you need to put in niceties before taking it out. Considerate, clean, and quiet flatmates who give warm and fuzzies are the best.
