Double Room near Dalston with Shared Balcony

Our friend George is sadly moving out on the 28th of September. It’s a double room on the third floor with access to a large cupboard/ walk in wardrobe separately for extra storage space.
Our flat has three floors, with one full bathroom on the third and another toilet on the second along with a shared living room and balcony.
Elliot and I (the current tenants) have been here for just over a year and love the place very much. There’s lots of light, a large kitchen and I’ve been attempting to grow our garden on the balcony. Though we’ll see how it fares over winter.

We are located in the heart of Dalston, a few minutes walk from the overground stations and many restaurants/pubs. Thanks to our location though we get all of that without much noise or foot traffic. Our neighbours are lovely and the estate is full of families.

Elliot and I are friends of many years, so the vibe is very comfortable and laid-back. We hang out a lot, though you are by no means obliged to do so. We just need someone who cleans up after themselves.

I am an artist with a studio around the corner and Elliot is an engineer. We both love music and Elliot spends an obscene amount of time making pottery and wine.

We are open to stays of all kinds, if we all get along we’d be open to long term.

Bills are usually another £70ish per month.
