There are several parks within a 15 minute walk. About 7 minutes to the overground (Mildmay and Windrush) and great bus links. The flat is so close to all of the pubs, restaurants, clubs, and shops in Dalston but we are far enough away that the weekend noise doesn't impact the flat. Great lighting throughout the flat but feels private and safe! The building used to be a warehouse and with the way it is designed we don't have any upstairs or downstairs neighbors, we are rarely hear the flats next to us.

-Two Female Flatmates, Renée (29, Australian, Works in Film/Producing) and Alyssa (31, American, Works in Non-Profits)
-This has been the most wonderful flat to live in! Alyssa and Renée are friendly, kind, and like sunshine embodied. I have loved living with them!

-Golden-doodle dog named Apollo (Alyssa's dog)
-Apollo is well trained and very friendly, he absolutely loves cuddles and playing, rarely barks (and mostly barks at the door), he is a big part of our home and we love him a lot! We are really looking for someone who is comfortable living with him because he is very friendly and social!

Must be queer friendly (flatmates are queer!) This is an amazing and great flat! I wouldn't be moving if I didn't have to leave the country. This flat is perfect for someone who wants a great space and is looking for a home and a friendly living environment. We keep the lounge and kitchen clean and all contribute in keeping the space tidy. As a flatmates we love going on walks, seeing shows, going to the cinema, cooking, having movie nights, hosting get togethers, and going hiking. We really just love to explore ad experience all that London has to offer. Alyssa and Renée are currently training for the Hackney Half Marathon. Both of them are so supportive, funny, and the most loving individuals. Easy to get along with and be around!

Looking for a female flatmate who is at least 25 years old, clean, sociable, and a working professional (WFH is welcome! Lot's of space in the bedroom for a desk). Must be able to pass all referencing!!
