- 5 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland station, 8 minute walk to Dalston Junction, 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs park🌳
- 10 minute walk to puregym 🏋🏻‍♂️
- Bills are £150 including a biweekly cleaner
- Dishwasher and washing machine
- Furnished with bed and large wardrobe which is great for storage (also happy to sell my desk and mirror)
