Double room in lovely Dalston home with garden

Our three-floor home is in an excellent location between London Fields and Dalston Junction. It has a spacious living room with a private back garden, ideal for summer evenings and BBQs.

Less than a 10min walk to Dalston Junction station and London Fields park, with lots of great pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

The bedroom available is on the top floor and shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. It gets lots of natural light and looks out over the garden. The bed is included, and the floor-length clothing rack can be left if desired. All other furniture belongs to the current tenant and will be removed.

We are a friendly household made up of three professional females: Jess (31) works in a start-up, Jacqui (35) works in art logistics, and Izzy (28) works in the public sector.

We are looking for a working professional who likes to be sociable in the common areas but equally values their own space. We like spending time in the garden in the warmer months and having cosy movie nights in the living room during the winter. We are all a mix of office and WFH and are ideally looking for a flatmate who also works from the office a few days a week.

Bills are around £130pcm and we have a weekly cleaner at £50 a clean, which each of us pays once per month.

We have a brilliant landlord who is lovely and communicative. Deposit is under Deposit Protection Scheme fully refundable at the end.
