Room in Flat in Dalston with ensuite ❤️

Looking for a lovely female to fill my room when I move out on the 6th Nov!

It’s such a cute flat in a really convenient location. Lots of different bus routes come nearby and Dalston junction and Dalston kingsland are just down the road. There are lots of gyms, supermarkets, cafes, parks and bars around (including hackney downs and clissold park).

There are actually 2 rooms going in the flat. The room in this advertisement has an ensuite. the room itself is nice and bright and has a huge wardrobe for storage. The lounge gets lots of sunlight and is a lovely space to hang out in. This room is £1000 a month with £150 in bills a month. The flat is fully furnished.

The remaining flatmate is a 30 year old kiwi called Olivia, who likes cooking, going to shows and travel. She works from home a few days a week. We are looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate, ideally in their late twenties or early thirties.
