Double room in Dalston, furnished

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely home in Dalston from 1st November.

The room is a bright double in a three-bedroom flat, sharing with two full-time professionals in our mid-20s. One guy and one girl. Rent is £1,000 pcm + bills. Council tax band D.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and we have a cleaner who comes twice a month for the communal spaces.

We’re friendly and sociable and like the flat to feel like a home – always up for a chat or a drink, while also respecting each other’s space. We keep things clean and relaxed and are looking for someone with a similar vibe.

We’re around a 10-minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, with loads of pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

6-month stay preferred, with 1 month’s notice.
