Big room in lovely Dalston house (sublet)

I am subletting my beautiful room in Dalston from November 2 until December 15 (some flexibility with the dates).

Its on the top floor of our lovely house and shares a bathroom with only one other flatmate. Its south facing and fully furnished with bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.

The house is huge: 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, big eat-in kitchen (with dishwasher), garden, utility room with washing machine, a big, separate living room, tons of storage all over the house (and an additional attic). You’d be sharing it with my two lovely flatmates who are both in their thirties. They are a joy to live with and are into salsa, cooking, cycling and heading to the pub once in a while.

Location couldn’t be better: The house is in walking distance to several overground stations: 10min to Hackney Central (Mildmay Line) and Hackney Downs (Weaver-10min to Liverpool Street) and 15min to Dalston Junction (Windrush). Bus stop basically in front of the house. It’s 3min walk from Hackney Downs Park and 10min to all the bustle of Dalston with its shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and Ridley Road market.

The room is £1230 all incl. per month.
