Long sublet in Dalston / Stoke Newington

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a lovely person to take over my double room from early November (ideally the 14th) to the end of February with the possibility to extend for long term when our contract renews on the 1st March.
For context, I am testing living with my boyfriend and will be officially moving out at the time we receive the new contract if all goes well.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two wonderful women in their late 30s, both long-time Hackney residents (10+ years!) who are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re:

• A kind and considerate person who respects others’ space and schedules.
• Clean and tidy - we have a weekly cleaning rota and everyone does their bit daily.
• Quiet during night hours.
• Looking for a calm and chilled home in the heart of Dalston (not a party flat sorry!).

*About the Flat & Room

• 3-bedroom flat with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, plus one shared bathroom.
• The flat is on the 3rd floor with lift access.
• The building is on a small street just off Kingsland road and is very well connected (7 min walk to the overground and 1 min from the bus stop).
• Comes furnished with: double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table. Happy to discuss about the rest of the furniture.

*Rent & Details

• £1100/month - all bills included (detailed breakdown to follow)
Rent due on the 1st of each month (no late payments, please!).
• 2 weeks’ rent deposit required to secure the room.
• Available 14th November - end February 2027 with possibility to take over the lease after this.
• Sadly no pets, couples, smoking, or parties.
