Looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2-bedroom flat in Dalston (less than 10 min walk from Dalston Kingsland and 12 mins from Dalston Junction station).

The flat has a shared kitchen/living room space, one bathroom and a mezzanine room which can be used for additional storage and as a spare guest room. The flat is on the fourth (top) floor of the building and has lift access.

Rent includes water bills - council tax, gas+electrics and wifi will need to be paid on top of this (roughly £160pp/m).

I have lived in the flat for 2.5 years and am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving out at the end of October.

I work in fashion; working in the office everyday and often back home late. I am looking for a clean/tidy professional to move in by 1st November, ideally long term.
