Room in friendly house of five: Dalston

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful Dalston house. We’re all somewhere between 26-29 and queer, so we have a slight preference for the latter, but as long as you bring a nice vibe that’s our priority.

We work hybrid schedules during the day. There are two bathrooms, a garden, a cosy living room, and a well-stocked kitchen. We are fairly communal in how we live, sometimes enjoy meals together, watch TV in the evenings, and occasionally go out together (it is Dalston after all!). The house being a space to wind down is also important to us, and we value privacy and care.

Being clean and tidy in communal spaces is essential, so we can all enjoy the house to relax in. We’re all flexible and communicative with this but generally go with the motto of leaving rooms looking nice for the next person.

Rent for the room is £740pcm and bills tend to come out around £100pcm. We also do a shared online shop each month for house essentials that comes out around £30pcm.

Date: the move in date hasn’t been confirmed yet but it will be some time between November and December.

Essentially, we’re looking for somebody who is friendly, fun and nice.
