A new building in Dalston with co-working space perfect for people who WFH. Couples welcomed for a bit more - see 'Numbers' below.
THE ROOM
It is the large bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and a king-sized mattress. There are a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This is in a 2-bed 2-bath flat inside a new building in the heart of Dalston. You will be sharing the flat with only one other person, me (more below).
The closest station is Dalston Junction (step-free access from train to street level), and the flat is on one-floor on the first floor with step-free access from streel level via a lift.
ABOUT THE BUILDING
The building comes with 24-hour security and a concierge desk. There is a fully air-conditioned co-working space which is available for private bookings. There is secured bike storage at basement level. There is also a PureGym downstairs, and an on-site maintenance team.
The building is a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Windrush line, Mildmay line, and Weaver line with bus connections to London Victoria, Liverpool St. Station, London Bridge, and London Stansted.
Mark & Spencer, Sainbury’s, Tesco’s, Aldi, Co-Op, and Ridley Road Market are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk.
ABOUT FLATMATE
Hey, I am Dmitri (he/him), cis gay, queer leftie working in LGBTQ+ and migrant rights. I love to chat and have a pint together when there is good weather on the weekends. I mostly keep to myself during the week because I work long hours. I love to cook and share food. I enjoy a cosy, friendly, positive flat.
This is my home which I want to see become OUR home. I love to see you turning this flat into your home too. Peace and communication are top priorities. An absolute dealbreaker involves flatmate/s who constantly have people over. NOT a predrinks-at-mine flat. I love raves and late nights, but I never bring it back to the flat. I would love to meet your friends and become friends with them too, and I hope that you will do the same.
Ultimately, I am looking for people who have lived in flatshares before and know to put in niceties before taking them out.
