We're looking for someone to take over a spacious room in our flat on Dalston Lane, as our housemate Sam is moving out. We’re 31 & 33, professionals balancing WFH and office life, and we’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, fun, and easy to live with.

We’re both into travelling, music, festivals, cooking etc.. all the good stuff.

- Rent: £1,300 PCM (excluding bills of ~£100-£150)
- Deposit: £1,326
- Available: 1st January 2027

- Spacious room with en-suite and plenty of storage. It comes unfurnished but Sam might be willing to sell certain bits
- Private outdoor courtyard
- Large communal kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) and living area.

The room is a great size, with plenty of space for a king-size bed and additional furniture.

You'll be living with myself and Luke. We're both friendly, sociable and easy-going.

We both work 9-5, myself in Marketing and Luke in tech with a mix of working from home and going into the office.

We're on Dalston Lane, 2 minute walk from Dalston Junction and 5 from Dalston Kingsland.

There are loads of great pubs, restaurants, bakeries on your doorstep, while the flat itself is situated within a gated development.
