3 minutes' walk to Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland. Shops, cafés and bus routes close by.

PRICE
£1700 for the full month, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, wifi and council tax).
Deposit: £850, returned within 7 days of check-out after a quick inventory check.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
A clean, respectful professional or couple visiting London who will look after the flat as if it were their own. Non-smokers, no pets please. Couples allowed.

Bed linen and towels provided.
