Large double en-suite in Dalston!

Hello!
We’re currently looking for a housemate to fill a beautiful double room with en-suite in our 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom (every bedroom has an en-suite + guest bathroom) Dalston flat - available from Nov 24th.

Location?
We’re part of a friendly mews shared with 5 other flats so there’s a really nice neighbourly vibe

The flat is located within 5 minutes of Dalston Junction/Dalston Kingsland overground stations, just north of the lovely De Beauvoir area.

Us?
You’d be sharing with 3 housemates, one couple from Australia and a single male from London working in marketing, interior design and recruiting with a mixed remote/office schedule. We’ve lived here for 2 year. We love hanging out together listening to music, going out for events, the pub and cooking etc but also appreciate our own space.

What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is sociable and friendly, and also clean and tidy who wants to invest time and effort into keeping our house a warm and inviting home 😊

Costs?
£980 per month + ~£94 bills

PS. Rent is paid on the 1st of every month so the first rent payment would only be one weeks rent and then full payment from the 1st of Nov.
