Our Modern Terraced 4 Bedroom Dalston house now has a double room available from 1st September 2026.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, with a lovely back garden.

We are 3 professionals: 37F, 32M, 30F. We’re friendly, clean, chilled, fun to hang out with, enjoy a beer, and always exploring what London has to offer.

The spacious double bedroom for offer is £1131 PCM. It is on the top floor with a large double bed and has a massive built-in wardrobe. There is also a desk for those who might WFH. You will be sharing a bathroom (shower/bath) with one other housemate.

Bills are not included. It will add up to approx. 190GBP a month for internet, weekly cleaner, water, electricity + gas, internet, council tax, shared house shop etc.

The house has an additional single guest bedroom for guests (and also used as a WFH office), a fully-equipped modern kitchen including a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer and all appliances needed. There is street parking available for a reasonably priced permit.

Dalston is a great place to live with lots of Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and Clubs in the neighbourhood. There is a big Sainsbury's/Aldi in walking distance. Great connection with Dalston Junction approx 5 min walk and London Fields approx 10 min walk.

You:
We are looking for a clean, friendly, professional (30-38) who likes to hang out with flatmates every now and then and treat the house like a home, happy for shared responsibilities (gardening, house admin etc). The more books, music and plants the better.

Ideally someone who is not primarily working from home or happy to work from their bedroom space (but not full 5 days wfh).
