Bright room ensuite with amazing view on east

THE FLAT
The 3-bedroom apartment is on the 12th floor of a 13 storey building located just off Dalston Lane in East London, minutes from Dalston Junction Station and Kingsland Road Station. The view stretches West from the terrace - so great setting if you want to stay in for the sunset. Windows also open to the North and South – so we enjoy a full panorama of London from the terrace.

THE ROOM
You will have a bedroom with double bed at your disposal with wardrobe space and a comfortable bed .
The room has an amazing window facing east with great views. The room has an en-suite. There are a few of my things in the bedroom but these can be moved/re-arranged if you would like to. It looks a lot smaller than it is in the pictures

LIVING ROOM
The living room is fairly spacious with a dining area and well-stocked kitchen annex with dishwasher, oven, microwave and juice maker and any other tools for cooking.
We also have a decent entertainment set-up with a vinyl collection (only for the ones that knows how to use it...), Bluetooth stereo and smart TV.
There are also books, of course. The building is fairly new and well insulated (read: warm) and the electricity runs on renewables.

FLATMATES
The 2 guys you will be sharing the flat with are just great to live with, both very clean and respectful but also very sociable and happy to have a chat, cook together, have a glass of wine (Or both). They are also great cooks and there is always amazing food being made in the flat.

USEFUL INFO
- Move in date is flexible, but I am looking for someone that will step in my room
In the begging of May until the end of august.
- Number of weeks also can be discussed. The flat is available for 4 moths.
- Rent includes all bills, internet, tv etc
-The flat is very close to London Fields (15 min walk) and Regent Canal
-Two stations of the overground 5 min walks from the flat
Kingsland Road and Dolsotn Junction also a lot of different buses that could take you in any side of the city
