I am renting out my spare bedroom and office to a single professional (or quiet couple who don't work from home).
I am a single, 35 year old professional web developer who works from home. The house has two bedrooms, an office and a livingroom. I currently use the livingroom as my office, hence I am renting out the office and spare room to a professional.
The house is 3 mins walk from Dalston Junction, there is a small garden and shared green space either side of the house.
I have a pet cat called Pickle so no other pets I'm afraid.
