Dalston Square is a wonderful complex to live in! Situated right in the heart of Dalston with all the best eateries/pubs/cafes surrounding you.

Living in Dalston square gives access to a residents gym (included in the rent!), the friendliest 24hr Concierge, a shared roof terrace and Dalston Junction / Kingsland Overgrounds.

The room is a large sized double with access to an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room comes with all the furniture except the desk, chair and curtains. It has huge windows so lots of lovely natural light!

The flat is on the 8th floor of Gaumont Tower. The room is located on the second floor of the flat, next to Ebony's bedroom, where there is also another bathroom, lots of storage and a washing machine. Downstairs on the first floor of the flat is Hannah's bedroom, another toilet, an open plan living room / kitchen area and a spacious shared balcony.

You would be living with two professionals. Hannah identifies as queer, works as a psychologist in sexual health, partly from home or the office. Ebony works in advertising, also split between the office and working from home. We both like festivals, swimming, and exploring pubs and restaurants.

We both have our own busy social lives but are always up for hanging out in the flat or having a pint at the local pub. The flat is not a party flat, but we do host the occasional dinner with friends or party for New Year’s Eve or a birthday.

Bills are approx. £120-150 a month, including fortnightly cleaner & internet.
