I am subletting my room for the next few months. It overlooks the balcony and gets sun from midday onwards, though the flat is very bright all day. Lots of natural light, fully furnished and great view. You'll have a standing desk & work chair, and I can leave the second screen I use for work if needed.

Tucked away on a side street, so you avoid the noise of busy Kingsland Road

You will be sharing with Mandee, who works in fashion and regularly goes to the office.

Rent includes ALL costs: electricity, water, internet, heating, council tax, service charges, and cleaner. This comes to about 350 per month.
