I am subletting my room for a month, flexible (we can talk about up to 2 months). It overlooks the balcony and gets sun from midday onwards. it has a really great view, and lots of natural light, plus it comes fully furnished. It has a standing desk & work chair, and I can leave the second screen if needed. It’s the larger, nicer room in the flat, so slightly higher rent.
