Looking for a respectful and neat person, professionals preferred. We have a large room available in a luxurious 3-bed 3-bath apartment in Dalston Square, a few minutes walk from Dalston Junction station. You will share the flat with two quiet and tidy professionals.

The room is bright and large, with lots of storage and free space. It is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables. The room has a private bathroom right outside of the room with bathtub and a few cabinets.
The room features also a private balcony.

The flat is on the 17 and 18 floors, it has two entrances which is convenient and helps with privacy, and it is west-facing. It is bright and very well-insulated (we barely need to put the heating on during the winter). The apartment is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen, brand new washing machine and a winter garden/balcony.

The building is modern, it has a gym and a 24-hour concierge. Private locked compound for bicycles.
Underground parking available but needs to be rented separately.

Excellent location, minutes walk from Dalston Junction station, to lots of buses and plenty of local utilities (cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, other stores, local fruit market, etc.).
