Sunny Dalston entire 1 bed flat 6 week sublet

Hello! We're looking for one person or a couple to sublet our sunny one bed flat in Dalston for 6 weeks from 25 September - 6 November (ideally these dates but we can be flexible by a day or so either side, and would consider for example 5 weeks within this time period).

Fully furnished flat, king sized bed, great working from home set up with 2 big desks, south facing balcony with views of the city / Canary Wharf, big indoor and outdoor tables, water filters on the shower and for the tap. We have a well insulated cosy top floor flat and ground floor bike storage.

Walking distance to nearby overground stations: 3 mins Dalston Junction, 7 mins Dalston Kingsland, 15 mins Hackney Downs. As we're so close to the Dalston stations you can be on the Victoria line at Highbury Islington within 15 mins / Kings Cross within 25.

Really close to Dalston shops / restaurants / bars, London Fields, the lido and nearby is Broadway Market, the canal, Victoria Park etc.

We've lived here happily for 1.5 years and we want someone who will really take care of our home for us whilst we're abroad. The building is very safe and we get on well with our neighbours.

We rent from our landlord (who owns most of the furniture) who has given us permission to sublet. All being well there may be another sublet opportunity early next year.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift so it's not very accessible for anyone with mobility issues unfortunately! Also the bedroom faces Dalston Lane so light sleepers will probably want ear plugs (I am a very light sleeper but with earplugs have no problems).

Rent and bills is £2800 / month - all bills included. Deposit £1500.

Our priority is finding someone who will respect our home and belongings so we are looking for a clean and responsible person or couple.
