Double room available in Dalston Junction

Hi! I’m moving out of my double room in Dalston (Zone 2) and looking for someone to replace me starting September.

You will be living with two flatmates: India and Reece. India works in M&A and Reece works in Insurance. Both tend to work in the office or in their room. The vibe in the flat is good and they’re both friendly and sociable. They are pretty busy and have their own schedules but always happy for a chat and we regularly go to events and nights out together. Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful.

The flat itself is spacious and modern in a secure building, with a big living room/kitchen, bathroom, and space for storage. In terms of location, it’s a 3-5 min walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland station and is also well serviced by bus routes. The flat is just off Kingsland Road in the heart of Dalston and has a good selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants nearby. The room will come unfurnished but I am happy to discuss selling items like bed, mattress, etc.

Bills are around £150 pcm including council tax. We also pay for a cleaner who comes for 2 hours every two weeks which is £30 each a month.
