And are you a clean person, who's trans friendly, creative, has £950(plus bills) a month to spend on rent, and wants to live in a trendy East London neighborhood with a class flatmate? Look no further.

I'm a 25 yr old actor/writer trans guy from America. This flat is deffo not a party flat, so I'm looking for a flatmate who wants to keep our flat quiet and clean. I'm pretty chatty, but I don't spend loads of time in the house, so you won't see a lot of me, however I'm super happy to cook dinner together, go out, or go climbing together sometimes!

Our house is a two bed flat that features a landing, medium sized kitchen, bathroom, and a garden. We're in an ex-council flat, however this section of the building is only shared with one neighbor (a super sweet mom and her young son) so it's very peaceful and safe. There is space in the hallway for bike storage.

We're located about a 5 minute walk to Dalston Junction, so you've got loads of great wine bars, shops, cafes, anything you can think of just down the road, but our street is very leafy and quiet.

We're Council Tax band B and we're responsible for all the bills every month, which my housemate and I just split down the middle.

I'm going away from the 29th of August and will be back September 6th, so I'm planning to do some viewings and interviews starting then.
