Lovely room in an all-female flat in Dalston 🌿

We’re hoping to find our third soul sister to complete our lovely all-female flat in Dalston since, our housemate is moving out at the end of October (for good reasons)!

A little bit about the room…
The room is *the second largest bedroom in the flat*, it is unfurnished however comes with a built in wardrobe.

The rent for the room is £1020 excluding bills, paid directly to the agency.
Bills : Approximately £130 - £160 each per month (Council Tax Band D)
Security Deposit: £1153.85
Move-in date: 24th October (with an option to move in earlier!)

A little bit about our home…
We moved here together and started with a unfurnished flat, so we’ve really made it our peaceful home together. Therefore we are sad to see that some of the furniture and plants will be going and will need to be replaced.

We all have busy lives and enjoy having a home that feels like a place to unwind- whether that’s chatting about our day over dinner, having a cup of tea on the sofa, or just doing our own thing. We all care about keeping the flat clean and tidy, and so far we’ve managed happily without a formal cleaning rota.

We also enjoy the occasional celebration such as birthdays, hosting dinners, watching movies and sports as well as going to coffee shops, pubs and keeping active.

The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and drying rack in the bathroom. There is one shared bathroom in the flat with a bath / shower.

A little bit about us…
We’re Adi (36) and Anoushka (26), two professionals working in London.

Adi - I’m a digital designer and have been living in London for the past 7 years. I love films and cinema, art exhibitions, brunch, and getting lost in markets looking at things I absolutely don’t need.
I’m a notorious night owl and will happily keep you chatting on the sofa for far longer than intended.

Anoushka - I’m a Civil Engineer. I have lived in London for the majority of my life and I went to the University of Sheffield. I love keeping active, cooking, socialising with friends at the pub and going to gigs / festivals. Also enjoy exploring locally around the area and I am a keen Arsenal women's supporter!

I'm an early bird and enjoy an early evening in the week. However, do enjoy the occasional mid-week pint or activity!

A little bit about the area…
We absolutely love living in Dalston. It’s a really vibrant area, with loads going on right on our doorstep, while our building itself feels very safe and peaceful. Dalston Curve garden is also next door from us!

The flat is incredibly well connected with Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland Station is very nearby!

A little bit about you…
We’re hoping to find our third housemate- someone who is a professional, has her their own hobbies and London life, but also enjoys sharing a home and spending time together every now and then. The flat does not have a lot of space to work from home, therefore we a looking for someone who predominately works in a workplace.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and sociable, and also up for doing things together. At the same time, we all understand the importance of having our own space and doing our own thing.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who feels like a good fit for the home we’ve created together.
