I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to share a bright and spacious flat in a modern residential development set within a historic part of Dalston.

The bedroom is generously sized and comes fully furnished, with plenty of built-in wardrobe space and your own private full bathroom. The main living area is bright and open, with direct access to a private balcony — a nice spot to have a coffee or unwind.

The flat is ideally located, just a 4-minute walk from Dalston Junction and around 6 minutes from Dalston Kingsland, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
You’d be sharing the flat with one other professional housemate who works from home. I’m looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, but equally someone who is relaxed and easy-going. Ideally, you’re looking for a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep, and are happy to have a friendly, comfortable living environment. LGBTQ+ friendly is important.

Overall, it’s a great balance of having your own spacious bedroom and bathroom while sharing a welcoming communal space with just one other person.
