Hey, I'm looking for someone to take my flatmate's room as he’s moving out.

- The flat:

The flat is on the 10th (top) floor of a modern building near Dalston Junction. It is a 2-bed 2-bath with a big living room, open plan kitchen and a sunny balcony. All the rooms have underfloor heating and floor to ceiling east-facing windows, so the flat gets loads of natural light throughout the day. The building also has a residents gym, concierge 24/7, bike room and a Rooftop terrace with stunning 360o views across London – the perfect spot for sunset drinks! : )
You would be taking the ensuite bedroom with your own private bathroom. The room comes with a bed and built-in wardrobe. The rest of the furniture currently belongs to my flatmate, so you’d probably want to bring your own bedside table, desk, etc.
We are just 30 seconds away from Dalston Junction station and 5 min walk from Dalston Kingsland. There are several supermarkets within a 5min walk distance, including Coop, Tesco and a big Sainsburys.

- About me:

You would be sharing with me. I’m a CGI Artist, usually in the office 4 days a week. I’m a friendly and easy-going person, and very easy to live with. I like to keep things tidy and really care about the place I live in. Although I enjoy having friends around for occasional drinks/dinner, I am not really into throwing big parties/gatherings in the flat. I do like to socialise with my housemate but am also very respectful of your own time and space.

Ideally looking for someone with a similar mindset, way of life – preferably a young professional, laid back and easy going person.

- Rent and Move-in date:

The agency has just increased the rent, so from November it will be £1600+bills. Bills are currently around £185 pp/month. Referencing will be carried out by the agency.

Move-in date is flexible in late November – ideally between 23rd to 28th.
