We're looking for someone to take over a spacious double room in our flat on Dalston Lane, as our housemate Tom is moving out.

The room is a great size, with plenty of space for a king-size bed and additional furniture.

The current tenant Tom is happy to sell the king-size bed and additional furniture (including the desk, bedside table and full-length mirror) to the incoming tenant if interested.

You'll be living with myself 33 and Sam, 32. We're both friendly, sociable and easy-going.

We both work 9-5, myself in Marketing and Sam in Finance with a mix of working from home and going into the office in central London.

We're on Dalston Lane, 2 minute walk from Dalston Junction and 5 from Dalston Kingsland.

There are loads of great pubs, restaurants, cafe's on your doorstep, while the flat itself is situated within a gated development.
