Us:
3 girls - 1 in 20s, 2 in our 30s, professionals who like to think of ourselves as friendly and easy to get on with. We all have our own stuff going on and strive for a tranquil home so always leave the partying outside, but when we are all home together, we enjoy having a chat over a glass of wine - normal stuff.

Our ideal new flatmate would be someone who is easy to get on with, considerate, and doesn’t work from home regularly. Importantly, we always keep our shared areas very clean and tidy - so a house trained flatmate is a must! We have a fortnightly cleaner to do the deep cleaning but we clean up after ourselves and expect the same from flatmates. Happy to live with all genders.

Practicalities:
£1600 per calendar month; inclusive of all bills, cleaner, 24hr concierge and gym. Not included are costs for general household items e. g. toilet paper & cleaning products which are shared costs.

Available now for 6 / 12 months with the possibility of extension. Short lets may be considered.
