Do you wanna live in a nice area of East London? Well, you're in luck because we have a double room in a three storey house in De Beauvoir up for grabs. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Street, a 10 minute walk to Dalston a 5 minute walk to Haggerston Overground station. It's a nice, quiet area.

Your room is on the top floor and can come with the bed if you need it! There are two bathrooms, one has a shower and one has a shower over a bath. The house comes with its very own inflatable kayak, a lush Bear Grylls style garden, a tin whistle and karaoke mic.

The rent is £697 a month and the bills come to roughly £100 a month.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a girl. Preferably we want someone who is social, who is keen to hang out, go to the pub, have the odd movie/karaoke night. Obviously, we want someone who is going to respect the house and keep it clean and tidy.
