Lovely en-suite in De Beauvoir

This en-suite room, with large inbuilt cupboard is on the 2nd floor of a lovely 2-storey, 5-bedroom home in De Beauvoir town. The room gets lovely afternoon sun.

The ground floor is a large, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with a lovely garden, perfect for barbecues and al fresco diners in the summer.
1st floor is two ensuite rooms and top floor is 1 en-suite and 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom..

Historically, bills have come to roughly £120/month, which includes a cleaner once a week., wifi, council tax, water, gas & electricity. Of course this might change a little now, with the new living+working arrangements of 2020.

The other 4 residents are a happy and friendly bunch of international professionals in their early to late 30's, with a diversity of nationalities and sexual orientations. We all get on really well and have all been living in the house for quite some time. Everyone is pretty independent, but we do love to get together over the odd dinner or drinks. We're not a "heavy party" house, though we have the odd Christmas party (pre-covid...)..
We are all very proud of our home, and take great care in keeping it very clean and tidy. We have a happu and growing collection of houseplants and a garden which we put some efffort into, so we are looking for someone who feels similarly about these things.

No preference on who you are or how you identify (the binary is a false idol) but you must be LGBT friendly.

The house in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, 5 mins from Haggerston station, 7 mins from Dalston Junction, about 15 mins from Essex Road; London Fields, Broadway Market, and Shoreditch all within walking distance. Lovely brunch and breakfast place in under 2 mins walk, a yoga studio 5 mins away, and 3 local pubs.
