The bedrooms are both double, one bigger than the other and could include a working space. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes for storage and are bright and comfortable.

The whole flat features a lovely wooden floor which is super easy to keep clean and is warm in winter too.

The neighbors are lovely and we have a very good relationship with them and the whole building is always neat.

The location is excellent if you like the hustle of Shoreditch and Dalston, you are never far from an amazing meal and a good night out! Haggerston is the closest station on the Overground but Old Street Underground and Liverpool Street Station are within 15mins too. On top of this, you are right next to the canal which is the best for a walk/run/ cycle and people-watching/ meeting.

We are looking for a pair of sharers, a couple or a small family who like the place and area as much as we do.
