My flatmate is moving back home, so I'm looking for someone to take his room. The flat is in a newly built, by Regent's canal. The room I'm looking to share is the one in the photo, it has a big bathroom right across from it, so that's just for the occupant of that room, and the occasional guest.
Hackney Council tax is £90.50 per flatmate.
There are two bathrooms in the property and we have works being done on the building until September 2023, so the view is kinda blocked by scaffolding. But the sun still shines… when it’s out.
The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, all of the furniture belongs to me except the furniture in the room for rent which belong to my current flatmate. They can be removed or you can buy some off him.
