The existing occupant is in his late 40s but forever young at heart. He loves art (which shows as soon as you cross the threshold) and he enjoys spending his weekends wandering around London, especially if it's a nice day.

I lived here for nearly 4 years and loved it! I would actually still be living there had it not been for the opportunity to buy somewhere, and I do still spend the odd evening there!

Bus stop right outside to take you to Waterloo, London Bridge, Old Street and Liverpool Street, and just a 10 minute walk to Haggerston station for the overground.
