Hi! I'm going to Aus to see family and subletting my top floor one-bedroom flat FOR ONE MONTH ONLY March 1 - March 30 - located on one of the most desirable no through roads in the heart of De Beauvoir Village (borrowed that bit from local estate agent blurb).

Ufton Road is a pretty tree-lined street in De Beauvoir Village in East Canonbury. Local amenities are within easy reach and include The De Beauvoir Deli, local restaurants and excellent gastro pubs. There are excellent bus routes to the City from Southgate Road and the Overground stations at Dalston and Haggerston are within easy reach.

It is my home, and I need a single person who is super respectful of that. And who will water my plants! Again, it is 4 weeks from March 1 to March 30. Central but quiet London!

My street is in a low transport neighbourhood - there's a little park at one end.
