Sublet between 27 Sept to 25 Oct

My partner Johanna and I are looking for someone for a one month long sublet for the second room in our flat starting 27th September.
Double bed available for sublet in this beautiful and quiet 2-bedroom apartment in De Beauvoir. Postcode is N1 5ER. It's 2 mins from the Haggerston station.

You would be staying with us, two 35 year Professionals who are a couple, working from office 3 days a week. From 9 to 25 Oct we will both be traveling so you will have the flat to yourself.

It is not a party house. We are looking for someone mature, clean and respectful. Ideal for someone coming to London for short work trip or someone in between flats.

£1300 for the full 1month period including bills, proportionately less for lesser nights stay.

About the flat and room:
We moved into this flat at the start of this year and absolutely love living here. It's right by Haggerston overground station and plenty of bus connections. Loads and loads of cool cafes, bars and restaurants around here. The flat is fully furnished and also has a fully equipped kitchen. The flat gets a lot of sun during the day which is quite nice too!
The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedding, and we would be happy to provide towels.
