En-suite in De Beauvoir House

Hello! Our flatmate Emma is sadly moving out to move in with her boyfriend (ew), leaving a room available!

Please note that the move in/contract start date is flexible as she can move whenever - but you MUST be available to takeover contractually from May 14th at the latest.

About the house :
It’s a 3-storey house in De Beauvoir (near the square). We have a large open kitchen living room/dining area. There is also a small patio and garden out back.
We are all aged 28-31 and consider each other friends more than housemates, we often hang out together / go to events / coffee canal walks/ mix with friends etc. So we are looking for a like-minded individual to move into our happy home 🏠
As much as it’s currently a girlhouse we have no preference on gender as long as you’re the right fit.

Your room :
- double bedroom
- furnished (bed and side table, very large built in wardrobe)
- en suite (shower)

Location :
- The house is right near De Beauvoir Square
- 5 mins or less from Haggerston Overground
- 15 min walk to Old Street / 10 min walk to Dalston
- 60 seconds to canal entrance
