Furnished large bedroom available in our De Beauvoir Home from June 15th.

The house:
You would be sharing with Annabel and Kev (couple), and myself we are all in our late 20s/early 30s.
The flat located in De Beauvoir, very close to a tonne of great bars, cafe’s and pubs! We are a 5 minute walk to Dalston Junction and there’s a bus stop 1 min walk away.
We have a shared living space, kitchen with washing machine, 1 x bathroom, and our favourite part of the house is the incredible garden!

The Room:
£1025 pcm, plus bills. Deposit is £1,100.
Large room that comes furnished with a double bed, drawers and built in wardrobe. It has a separate entrance to the backyard.

About the housemates:
We are all friends, we have own social lives but also enjoy hanging out together. Love hosting friends at our house, but this is not a party house!
Saskia (she/her) - works in music, enjoys going to gigs, watching films, nature, running/gym!
Bel (she/her) - works in marketing, enjoys running, and being social.
Kev (he/him) - German, works in research, likes to run, travel, and going out.

About you:
We are after a tenant this is in their mid 20s - 30s and is friendly, clean, respectful, considerate! We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly home.
